- Angular and React are two new web technologies that are on the rise now.
- With React Native, you don’t build a mobile web app, an HTML5 app, or a hybrid app.
- If youre a Microsoft or Google shop and have a good background in object-oriented and other programming languages, and youre familiar with MVC, you should go with Angular 2.
- If youre building a large scalable web application and looking beyond a few years, Angular 2 is a better choice with the obvious reason of Google and Microsoft being behind this product.

- You can say simply: Angular provides a Router to make it easier to define routes for the web applications and to navigate from one view to another.
- The basic concepts behind routing are when a user needs to view any page based on specific URL, Angular provides a routing feature by which the view will be rendered of the specific component according to defined routing.
- For component creation, you can use either command ng g component
or by the application which I had already explained in my previous tutorial so we will create 2 component as Home and Contact with HTML file for the initial step of routing as, – – Step 2 -…
- router that we are using in our application with a component that describes the routes we want to use.
- As you can see now the Angular Routing is the main feature of Angular which we are using in almost all the applications for moving from one page to another page without loading the page.

- Slider is a very common control to use today to apply a filter on the data in web applications.
- You can change the slider value to filter the data and when you leave the slider bubble, the data gets filtered.
- Lets make a simple discount process where a user can enter the product value and select the slider according to the discount that he/she wants to give on a particular product and the price will be automatically calculated.
- This is simple code where we set our slider value to 0-100 and set the Step property to 5; this means the slider will have 20 intervals with thevalue of 5.
- By using Angular two-way binding and IgniteUI Slider, we can easily filter the data without postback.

- Its well-known that this file is used as the configuration schema for the whole project and manipulated by the CLI – including managing of different environments, testing, proxy, third-party resources and plenty of built-in tools and capabilities for developing our application.
- In practice – the old and familiar output of an Angular CLI project is called an Angular Workspace from now on.
- Its used by Angular CLI in order to enforce the specification of Angular Workspace schema: – – The property refers to the Angular CLI implementation file for JSON Schema.
- The property let us define the configuration for Angular CLI in our workspace.
- By default, there is another project alongside our main project – a project with the e2e tests: – – In fact – an e2e project is initialized every time an internal application is generated by Angular CLI.
